A little clarity.

Travel and account data

We store your account, requested demo trips, saved searches and preferences. You can clear search history and remove saved trips in your account. We do not store full payment card numbers; connected card setup uses Stripe and saves only masked card details and a provider reference.

Mana conversations

Signed-in conversations belong to your account. Guest history is tied to an encrypted, essential browser cookie and expires after 30 days. Guest allowance uses both this browser and an IP address hashed with our application key and calendar month. We do not use an IP address to reveal conversations to other visitors. A shared network can share the guest allowance; signing in gives you your own allowance.

Deleting conversations does not reset monthly message usage. Usage records older than two months are removed by scheduled maintenance. Guest browser identity lasts up to 180 days. If you clear cookies, you lose access to that guest history. Guest conversations are not automatically copied into an account.

When live AI is enabled, your prompt and a limited recent conversation context are sent to OpenAI with response storage disabled. Avoid sensitive personal, passport or payment information. Guided demo mode does not contact an AI provider.

Currency and language

We use cookies for your display preferences. Exchange rates are indicative reference rates, not a payment quote. Prices and subscriptions settle in INR unless a supplier’s own checkout states otherwise.

Third-party ad scripts load only after consent for the current session. Plus members with ad-free benefits do not receive ad placements.

This describes the current demo’s behaviour. The operating business must add its legal identity, support contact, retention policy and applicable terms before a public commercial launch.
